Today, we are 135 people, with equal numbers of men and women. Close to half of our principals are women. With people drawn from 23 different countries, we have employees who joined the firm in the 1970s and others who started last week. We are a diverse community in age, race, gender and viewpoint; a pluralism which creates room for lots of ideas.
