The kickoff to our 2019 summer internship and design fellowship program began early this year, with our campus recruiting process. We attended a wide range of campus events—at universities including Boston Architectural College, Rhode Island School of Design, Syracuse University, Rice University, University of Houston, Arizona State University, and University of Arizona—creating an active campaign across wide range of career boards, and sharing our summer design fellowship poster with every accredited architecture program in the country, we identified a talented and diverse group of design students.

As summer comes to an end, it will be bittersweet to see the enthusiastic team head back to school. We’ve appreciated the new perspectives and ideas the students have shared, and look forward to working with these talented designers again in the future.
